Designed & built in-house — Miami

Floral installations that change what a room feels like.

We are five generations of florists who build, not just arrange. Suspended ceilings, flower walls, entry arches, stage frames, and full-room takeovers — engineered in our Kendall studio and installed around your service, your load-in, and your budget.

What a floral installation can be

Every installation starts as a structure. We fabricate the armature, dress it with fresh, preserved, or silk florals depending on how long it needs to live, and install it without shutting your space down.

Suspended & ceiling florals

Hanging floral clouds, inverted gardens, and cascading ceiling treatments rigged to your existing points or to our own free-standing truss.

Flower walls & step-and-repeats

Seamless floral backdrops sized to your wall — from 8ft photo moments to 40ft continuous runs, with logo integration when the brand needs to read.

Arches, entries & thresholds

The first three seconds of the guest experience. Freestanding or anchored, built to survive Miami humidity and outdoor wind loads.

Stage & set florals

Framing for main stages, DJ booths, runways, and press walls — designed to camera and to sightlines, not just to the room.

Permanent & storefront installations

Long-life floral architecture for lobbies, retail frontages and restaurant interiors, specified in preserved and high-grade faux so it holds for a season or a year.

Hotel & restaurant programs

Recurring installations on a schedule: a signature piece that changes with the season, plus the weekly refresh that keeps the room feeling tended.

Why in-house fabrication and direct sourcing change the result

Most floral companies subcontract the hard parts. The structure is rented from a fabricator, the flowers come through a broker, and the install crew is hired for the day. Every hand-off is a place where the design gets diluted, the timeline gets padded, and the cost gets marked up twice.

We own the whole chain. Concepts and renders come from our own design team. Our fabricators weld, wrap and dry-fit every armature on our workshop floor in Kendall, so the piece is assembled once before it ever meets your venue — that is where the surprises get found, not on your load-in night. We buy flowers direct and at volume, roughly two million stems a year, which is why we can specify a premium variety without the broker margin that usually makes it unaffordable.

The practical effect for you is fewer vendors, one accountable team, and a design that arrives looking like the render. It also means we can say no honestly: if your date, your budget and your ambition do not fit together, we will tell you which one has to move instead of quietly cutting the flowers in half.

How a build actually runs

Five stages, and you know what is happening at each one. Nothing about the process depends on you chasing us for an update.

01 · Conversation

A call about the space, the date, the guest experience and the number. If the ambition and the budget do not match, this is where we say so.

02 · Concept and render

Sketches, a concept render of your actual room, floral palette and a written proposal with the scope broken out. Upload a photo in the AI Studio and this starts the same day.

03 · Engineering and sourcing

Structure drawings, rigging or ballast plan, venue paperwork, and the flower order placed direct with growers and wholesalers for the delivery window.

04 · Fabrication and dry-fit

Armatures built and dressed in Kendall, assembled once in the workshop so the piece is proven before it travels.

05 · Install, care and strike

We install around your service or your load-in window, return for refreshes on longer programs, and strike cleanly on the agreed out-time.

Lead times, plainly

Miami custom build

Three to six weeks is comfortable. Five to seven days is regularly possible for activations.

Travel build

Four to six weeks, because the structure has to be fabricated and freighted before the crew flies.

Long-life or permanent

Six to eight weeks — preserved and faux material is specified and ordered rather than bought locally.

Ongoing program

Two weeks to start, then it runs on its own schedule.

Where we install

Studio in Miami, installing across the United States

Miami is the only market where we hold an address and a fabrication floor. Everywhere else, the structure is built here and freighted ahead of the crew that designed it.

Questions we get before the first call

What counts as a floral installation, as opposed to arrangements?

An installation is built, not placed. There is a structure underneath — an armature, a frame, a rigged suspension point — and the florals are dressed onto it so the piece reads as architecture in the room rather than as objects on furniture. Practically, that means engineering, load calculations, an install crew and a strike plan.

How much does a floral installation cost?

A single focal moment starts around $2,500, a layered room around $7,500, and a fabricated large-scale build around $18,000. Ongoing programs for restaurants and hotels start near $1,200 a month. What moves the number is structure complexity, floral grade, access difficulty, rigging and crew hours — not the flower count alone.

Fresh, preserved or faux — which should we specify?

Match the material to how long the piece has to live. Fresh for a one-to-three-day event where scent and movement matter. Preserved and high-grade faux for anything holding weeks or months, sitting outdoors, or living in an unconditioned space. Most of our best-performing installations mix all three: structure in long-life material, fresh where people get close.

How far in advance should we book?

Three to six weeks is comfortable for a custom Miami build; four to six weeks once travel and freight are involved. We turn brand activations in five to seven days regularly, and we have built overnight when a venue only released the space at midnight. Ask us about your specific date and we will tell you honestly whether it is buildable.

Can you rig from our ceiling?

Sometimes. If the venue has rated points and will release load documentation, we rig to them. If it will not, we bring our own free-standing truss or design a floor-supported structure that reads as suspended. We would rather change the engineering than push a building past what it will sign off.

Do you install outside Miami?

Yes. Miami is where we fabricate and where our address is. We freight structures ahead of the crew and travel for commissioned installations across Florida, Texas, Utah and other US markets when the scope supports it.

Can we see the design before committing?

Upload a photo of the actual space in our AI Studio and you will get a concept render of your room with the installation in it, plus a written study you can circulate for internal approval before any deposit.
